GETTING STARTED WITH CROSSFIT
WELCOME NEW AND EXPERIENCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES
Our professional coaching staff at CrossFit Scranton focuses on a no frills approach to training, which is physically demanding, mentally taxing, and yet incredibly rewarding. Each technique is introduced to all athletes at the beginner level, and is built upon through continuous practice and coaching. Our workouts incorporate every element of fitness and are easily tailored to all fitness levels and ages.
We pride ourselves at CrossFit Scranton in creating a community environment where all different levels of CrossFit athletes join together to support one another, whether it be a brutal Workout of the Day (WOD) or a technique focused session. Although many of our athletes have grown within CrossFit Scranton since its infancy, we welcome all that are interested in working hard for a better, healthier future.
Stop by Crossfit Scranton and try your first class for free! If you decide you want to become a member, we have individual memberships that have unlimited classes per week at a great price. Family, police, and firefighter rates are also available. CrossFit is for all ages, so stop by and we’ll get you started! Just show up a little early for any of the scheduled classes.
