2 minute Plank
50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
50 Grasshoppers L+R=1

Partition as needed

When the clock hits 10 minutes begin Death by Deadlifts 225/155

Complete
1 Deadlift at 10 minutes
2 Deadlifts at 11 minutes
3 Deadlifts At 12 minutes
Continue adding one deadlift every minute until you cannot complete the work within the minute.
